Justine Fisher is the Director and Principal of Fisher Legal with more than 25 years of experience as a Barrister and Solicitor, practicing exclusively in Criminal Defence, traffic and confiscation matters.
Justine has a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia. She was admitted as a practitioner to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1989. Upon being admitted Justine began practicing exclusively in the area of criminal law.
For over 25 years Justine has been committed to providing a compassionate and professional criminal defence service to her clients. With a strong interest in social justice she provides empathetic legal representation with a view to guiding clients through the legal system in an efficient and economical way. Justine's wealth of legal and negotiating experience assists clients in their pursuit for a just, fair and reasonable outcome.
Justine regularly appears in all courts including the Children's, Magistrates, District and Supreme Court of Western Australia. She is an experienced trial advocate having represented clients in the most serious of matters including Murder, Importation of commercial quantities of drugs and child sex offences. She has an excellent track record and her loyal clientele is indicative of the care and compassion she has continually demonstrated over the 25 years.
Justine is an active member of the Criminal Lawyers Association of Western Australia.
Fisher Legal was privileged to have Kathryn join its team in September 2016. A passionate criminal defence lawyer, Kathryn’s academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in political and international studies) at Murdoch University in 2010 followed by a Master of Laws at University College London in 2011. In 2012 Kathryn was admitted to practice in Western Australia.
Kathryn has worked in criminal law since this time in a range of private settings and community legal centres, and was acting principal solicitor at the Family Violence Prevention Legal Services in Albany. In addition she has spent time practicing law internationally – in 2013 interning at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and in 2016 as a solicitor at the London Borough of Lambeth. This background has proven her to be a highly talented and capable advocate with international experience rarely seen.Kathryn also accepts instructions in the area of family law and restraining orders. She is able to provide comprehensive advice on a range of matters.

Natasha joined Fisher Legal in 2014 after having a successful entrepreneurial career. As Practice Manager, Natasha is responsible for the daily running of the office which includes the management of our team of criminal lawyers. She is also responsible for all administrative duties in the office - including booking appointments, managing diaries and organising court schedules, lodging legal documents and telephone management.
Natasha is responsible for the administration of client files - this often requires liaising with Police, the Director of Public Prosecutions, court staff and other professionals. Where appropriate, she can also assist clients in obtaining State funding.
As one of the first points of contact for Fisher Legal, Natasha is well known for building great rapport with clients and she looks forward to assisting you with your legal needs.
